Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Roll the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Brush the pastry with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over it.
- Cut the pastry into strips and twist them spirally.
- Place the twisted strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg with vanilla extract and brush it over the twists.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
